Hours are flexible to suit the post holder and the club and the post holder can carry out the duties either from the Marston’s Stadium, from home, or a combination of both,

The key responsibilities of the post will be to increase revenue streams for the football club, including selling perimeter boards, programme advertisements, match & player sponsorships and other innovative sponsorship opportunities.

The Commercial Manager will also seek to maximise income generation from current commercial partners as well as securing new business partnerships for the club,

It is expected that the post holder will prepare monthly written reports on commercial activities, financial projections, for presentation to the Board.

The post holder will be expected to work as part of a team with minimal supervision and have good interpersonal and communication skills. Good literacy and numeracy skills with the ability to complete financial reports are also expected from the individual.

A car and full driving licence would be an advantage.
