Nailers share offer opportunity
Belper Town Football Club is giving supporters and people within the local community the opportunity to own their very own small part of the club.
Since 1985, shareholders have been involved with the club and this has enhanced our aspirations to be owned across the local community and to provide much needed finance to improve our facilities at the Marston’s stadium
The shares are available to individuals, businesses and organisations who wish to have a stake in one of Derbyshire’s most prominent football clubs and each share will entitle the holder to one vote at future Annual General Meetings.
There are no restrictions on the amount of shares or percentage of the club that can be owned through the shares, other than the minimum quantity to be acquired through this scheme is 100 x £1 Ordinary Shares.
All Directors will be elected in accordance with the club’s constitution
Shareholders are able to make a direct contribution to the future of Belper Town FC as we strengthen our ties between the club, the community and our supporters.
