Biography
Aaron was appointed to the Nailers hot seat in December 2017 following the resignation of Anthony Danylyk, taking up his first steps in managerial following an illustrious playing career with Burton Albion for whom he played 588 times and scored 100 goals. Aaron was just 17-years-old when he made his first-team debut for the Brewers in 1998 against Halesowen at Burton’s old Eton Park ground and enjoyed a brilliant career for the club, culminating in progression to the Football League. Now 36, Aaron had playing spells at Ilkeston FC, Mickleover Sports and Basford United before making the step into management.
