The pre-season programme starts with a visit to Sheffield F C (UCL Prem North) on 7th July (7.45pm), and on Saturday 11th July the Nailers travel the short distance to play Matlock Town (NPL East) (3.00pm).

On Tuesday 14th July Belper are away at Heanor Town (UCL Prem North) kick off 7.30pm, and on the following Friday evening (17th) the Nailers play Belper United (UCL North Prem) at the Don Amott Arena (Mickleover) where United have recently relocated to.

Gresley Rovers (UCL Prem North) are next up on Tuesday 21st July and this game at the Moat Ground has a 7.45pm kick, and then the Nailers play their final away friendly at Congleton Town (NPL West) on Saturday 25th July (3.00pm).

The pre-season campaign closes on Saturday 1st August when Cleethorpes Town (NPL Premier) visit the Raygar Stadium with the season proper starting a week later on 8th August.
