Steve joined the Nailers as player/coach from neighbours, Alfreton Town. Stave has worked with Grant Black at a number of clubs and is a born winner and has the experience to manage games, something that was missing from the squad last season. Steve is also a vocal leader by nature and is expected to be a major influence on the squad for the forthcoming season.
