Belper Town are happy to announce the signings of Leandro Browne, Max Hunt and Matt Harris for the new season.

The Nailers bring in these three players preparing the squad for the 2017/18 season and the opener against Basford United.

Browne is a quick, tricky forward that has already had a large amount of experience in football so far.

He has previously played in America, representing Carolina United before playing for Burton Albion, Loughborough Dynamo, Oadby Town and most recently Gresley.

Max Hunt joins the Nailers on a short term loan from neighbours Matlock Town after impressing Anthony Danylyk and Paul Donnelly in our 2-1 defeat to the Gladiators in the Caroline Melbourne Cup.

The 18-year-old stands at 6ft 6, offering great aerial ability as well as superb technical talent with the ball at his feet.

Harris is a powerful forward that will certainly give Danylyk and Donnelly a different option to what they already have in the squad.

After playing in multiple pre-season games, Harris feels that he can challenge for a spot in Belper’s starting eleven for this season.

These three additions will certainly add some depth and strength into a Nailers side already showed some real talent.
