Karl has been a prolific goal scorer on the East Midlands non league scene for a number of years listing Belper Town, Mickleover, Grantham Town, Sheffield, Shepshed Dynamo and Loughborough Dynamo amongst his clubs. A football coach at Loughborough University, Karl joined Matlock from United Counties League Quorn in January 2023 having hit 21 goals for them last season. He originally signed for the Nailers in November 2021 and signed for a second time in January 2024 from Derbyshire neighbours, Matlock Town.Squad
