A former product of the Derby County Academy, 23 year old Zak joined the Nailers in December 2023 from Derbyshire neighbours, Ilkeston Town. Previously, he had rejoined the Robins after professional spells with Chester and Altrincham. Zak has a knack of cutting inside his full back and hitting a screamer into the top corner (which we knew all too well at Belper) and was pivotal in Ilkeston success in gaining promotion from Step 4.Squad
