With the home pitch watterlogged Belper reversed the fixture and made the trip to Buxton only to come back empty handed.

Belper had a changed back 4 with injuries and absences, so full backs Em N & Helen played in the unfamiliar role of centre back alongside Olivia, during the game.
Belper statred the game rather slow and allowed Buxton to test the back 4 in the early stages, and some good defending and goal keeping denied the Buxton frontline, as they piled the pressure on.
After 15 minutes Buxton scored the opener as the striker slotted home the rebound after the inital shot was saved.
At 1 down Belper started to play some of their better football, but the final ball was just not happening.
Winger Leah was a constnt threat with some posotive runs focring numerous corners, but still Belper couldnt find the final touch.
Buxton then claimed a second just before half time with a quick counter attack, leaving Belper with thier heads down at half time.

The second half turned into a midfield battle as the heavy muddy pitch slowed the game down, but it was Buxton who created the better chances, going very close with a well taken free kick which Gilbo pushed over the bar.
Alice had the best chance when she found space on the edge of the box only to see her shot go wide of the upright.
Buxton the claimed thier 3rd of the game and soon after the 4th, before H focred Buxton keeper to save a goal bound effort.

Today was not Belpers today, Dame of the game for a brillinat attacking display on the wing Leah.
