With regular 'keeper Leigh Overton nursing a calf injury, the Nailers have signed Rhys Davies to cover the position.
20 year old Rhys (pictured) is spending time with the Nailers before deciding on his next career move following his recent release from Leicester City.
He appeared for the Foxes in the EFL Trophy and celebrated with a decisive save in a penalty shootout at Rochdale.
Rhys joined the Premier League club on a 3-year deal in September 2017 from Newport County, where he impressed for the Welsh side’s Under 18s squad.
He started his career with home town club, Cardiff City.
