Talking about the arrangement, Dan Robinson said, "A big part of our player development plan for our 17-19 year olds is when we feel they are ready to get men’s non league football experience to help their transition from youth to senior men’s league football.
"We are delighted for one of our Academy scholars, Jakub Niemczyk to have an opportunity at Belper Town on a work experience loan.
"Born in Poland, Jakub was one of the youngest players to make his first team debut (2020 vs Peterborough United in the FA Trophy) having come through our Academy from 10 years old.
"Unfortunately soon after his 2nd first team appearance he suffered a lengthy injury, so we are really pleased for him and his family that he is now fully fit and ready for this challenge of a good level men’s football.
"A huge part of our loan strategy relies on a trust between us and the loaning club, and Belper Town are a fantastic likeminded club that we are building a relationship with for now and the future.
"We look forward to seeing how Jakub progresses."
Welcome to the Raygar Stadium, Jakub!
