

With manager Lee Attenborough unavailable, Assistant Matt Wain took the reigns but with two of the substitutes still struggling with injuries he had to rely on one outfield alternative. Even this option was taken away when Nathan Whitehead had to go off injured in the first half.
The Nailers started positively, and to be fair never let up for the entire 90 minutes, save for a brief spell at the start of the second half.
The first chance went to Luke Rawson on four minutes when he was found by an excellent Nat Crofts through ball but the shot from eight yards was deflected wide.
By the 8th minute Belper had already won several corners and were putting the Burton goal under immense pressure but couldn't quite find the killer touch.
On 11 minutes Keaton August, who impressed all night, pinched possession from a Burton defender and ran on towards goal but unfortunately lost his footing and the visitors were able to clear.
In the 21st minute a Mason Warren corner created confusion in the Burton penalty area, Whitehead knocked the ball towards goal but it bounced off the crossbar and was grabbed by the goalkeeper.
A minute later came the first water break of the evening as the sun refused to relent, beaming down on the Raygar Stadium and the excellently prepared pitch.
The 28th minute saw a great cross field ball, something which became a bit of a theme for the night, this time from Rawson to August but his shot was blocked.
Ten minutes before the break a short pass from August to Warren created some space for the Belper midfielder to try his luck from range but his left foot shot was just wide.
A minute later a great Belper move saw them take the lead. August cut inside and found Crofts, he ran in to the box before squaring the ball across the edge of the six yard box and Lewis Austin was on hand to finish.
In the 38th minute it was two. A cross field pass landed at the feet of August, his cross was pinpoint and Rawson proved too strong for the defender, knocking home from close range; the Nailers went in to the half time break deservedly 2-0 ahead.
The first quarter of an hour in the second half was Burton's main positive spell in the match.
Three minutes in a free kick from Zak Scutt flew just over the bar.
Within a minute Burton went close again with Rakeem Harper bringing a great save out of former Brewer Dan Moore in the Belper goal.
In the 58th minute when Belper were unable to clear a corner, Kairo Piper unleashed a powerful shot which was blocked at point blank range inside the penalty area.
The 70th minute saw Belper seal victory.
A Warren free kick from the right was headed in at the near post by Rawson to complete his brace on another impressive night for the former Stocksbridge striker.
With 12 minutes remaining, Mason Bennett found himself played through and the Nailers had to clear his shot off the line.
On 87 minutes came another great Belper move. Rawson laid the ball off for Austin but his shot was deflected over the bar.
The final action saw a shot from Hugo Harvey go wide at the back post after a cross from Burton's left.
