On a bitterly cold day in Nottinghamshire, the Nailers had Lucie Selby to thank for several fantastic first half saves, the first of which came on 11 minutes when she got a strong hand to a shot from Millee Clarke.
However the hosts did open the scoring a couple of minutes later when Belper were unable to clear a throw-in launched towards the box and a shot from Lauren Brogan was deflected into the net.
On 15 minutes the Nailers survived a scare when Emily Murphy's corner bounced back off the post and then in the 17th minute Murphy's shot was turned wide by another incredible Selby save.
Worksop doubled their lead in the 19th minute when a long ball was allowed to bounce in the Belper half and Clarke was on hand to prod the ball home.
Four minutes after this came another miracle save from Selby, this time from Clarke's point blank effort.
Unfortunately barely a minute later a cross from Brogan found Clarke who tapped in at the back post.
On 36 minutes it was four when a cross from Lauren Cundy found Clarke who took a touch before rolling it into the corner to complete her hat-trick.
A minute later Clarke was denied by what would be the final brilliant piece of work from Selby - she was forced off at half-time through injury.
Five minutes before the break Worksop scored their fifth when Emily Myatt tried her luck from range and it evaded Selby.
The hosts weren't quite done yet for the first half and added further goals - firstly Laura Ferguson was on hand to head home a free-kick then after a great ball from Myatt to Brogan she cut the ball back for Ferguson to complete her brace and make it 7-0 at half-time.
A couple of minutes into the second half it was eight when a looping ball fell loose and Ferguson slotted the ball into an empty net to secure her hat-trick in barely five minutes of actual game time.
Belper's first real chance came on 55 minutes when Honor White's ball found Alice Faulding but her shot from just outside the box was saved.
On the hour mark Worksop scored their ninth when Clarke rounded substitute goalkeeper Emma Varnam and in the 72nd minute Myatt scored probably the goal of the game when her mazy run ended with a nice left foot finish as the hosts entered double figures.
Almost immediately from the restart the Nailers secured their only goal of the afternoon when after a flicked on header the always hard working Jess Needham was on hand to chip home from the left hand side of the six-yard box.
Varnam produced a great save on 78 minutes from Murphy's effort but Murphy was not to be denied and she scored the final goal of the match seven minutes from time, producing a finish from the edge of the box.
A minute from time came Belper's final effort when Nancy Frostick's pass picked out Faulding but Worksop goalkeeper Lily Cooper was equal to it.
