In Belper's first match since the departure of manager Luke Jackson, the first half was one of few chances.
Ellie Towers tried her luck with a free kick in the fourth minute which Maggie Buxton was able to watch go just over her crossbar then on 12 minutes Buxton got down well to save and hold a shot from Analeice Wilkes.
The Nailers had their best opportunity of the half three minutes before the break when Ella Boden went on a winding run down the left but her cross just evaded her fellow attacking players in the six yard box.
Anstey took the lead two minutes into stoppage time. A corner from Towers eventually fell to Remi White who volleyed home from close range.
Two minutes into the second half, the dangerous Wilkes went on a great solo run which was ended only by her shot which was deflected wide.
On 52 minutes Mia Carnelley fired in a free kick which went just over the bar.
The hosts doubled their lead in the 56th minute. Wilkes found Marianne Nkumba who rifled home.
Ten minutes later it was nearly three when Erin Timson's shot drifted just wide.
Carnelley went close with another free kick on 68 minutes then back at the other end Buxton produced another good save from Freya Topliss.
Anstey secured their passage to the next round with two late goals.
In the 83rd minute the ball fell kindly to Molly Cowling who slotted home to put the match beyond Belper then with one minute of normal time remaining a cross from the right was volleyed in at the near post by R. White to complete the scoring.
So the Nailers exit the League Cup but remain well placed in the league table and still in the Derbyshire Women's Plate.
