Belper created their first chance on nine minutes when Lauren Haslam and Alice Faulding combined well to create an opening for Freya Wilson but Ciara Button was out quick to block the shot.
In the 17th minute Mia Carnelley tried her luck with a long range free kick but it went just over the bar.
Six minutes later a corner from Haslam was headed home by Jess Smithurst but the linesman's flag went up to signal the ball had gone out of play before coming back in and the goal was ruled out.
Seven minutes before the break, Faulding's shot bounced awkwardly in front of Button but the Arnold 'keeper gathered the ball.
The visitors finished the half strongly with Yasmine Uppal laying the ball into the path of Natasha Leach but her shot was comfortably saved by Maggie Buxton.
Arnold took the lead on 69 minutes. Uppal nipped in behind the Belper defence and slotted home under Buxton.
In the 77th minute, the ball broke to Haslam who tried her luck with a 25 yard shot which Button had to retreat backwards to catch.
Belper secured a point with two minutes of normal time remaining. A penalty was awarded for handball and Faulding stepped up to score her 16th goal of the season.
Overall probably a fair result and attention now turns to the Plate semi-final at the Raygar Stadium next weekend.
