Directions and Parking
From Belper, head for the A38 at Ripley and join it northbound.
Go over the island at Junction 28 of the M1, remaining on the A38.
Just before King's Mill Hospital, turn right to join the A617.
At Newark, go straight over the roundabout and join the A46 eastbound for a brief period before joining the A17 eastbound.
Follow this all the way to the junction with the A16 where you will join this road southbound.
At the second roundabout, join the B1180 (second exit) then take the first exit at the next one.
Go straight over the next roundabout to join Albion Street.
Bear right to join Westlode Street then turn right on to Pinchbeck Road.
Turn left on to Kings Road then left on to Winfrey Avenue.
The ground is on your left.

Parking at the Bus Station opposite the ground is free on a Sunday.

The FA Cup - This Season
This is an FA Cup Preliminary Round tie and if the scores are level after 90 minutes, extra time of 30 minutes will be played followed by a penalty shootout if required.

The winners of the tie will entertain Stanground Cardea Sports (Tier 6) or Bugbrooke St. Michaels (Tier 7) in the First Qualifying Round.

Belper Town Ladies
The Nailers are under new management this season, with Matt Chatfield taking the reins following a successful interim spell last season, assisted by Jack Surgay. Emma Varnam returns as Goalkeeper Coach.
Last season saw victory in the Derbyshire Plate combined with a highest ever league finish - 5th in the EMWRFL North. Alice Faulding top scored with 11 goals as Belper lost only five games all season.
Several new signings have been added to the squad including Millie Sheard, Skye Semenytsh-Wright, Florence Wakefield and Jessica Kelly.

Our FA Cup History
The Nailers played their first FA Cup tie as recently as 2020 when Sherwood got the better of us, winning 3-0.
The next campaign wouldn’t arrive until 2024, which saw a 4-0 victory over Albrighton before bowing out in a defeat to AFC Telford United.
Last season saw us go agonisingly close to the all time Women's FA Cup record score, netting 27 times against AFC Minster. Again the campaign would end a round later, this time the University of Nottingham coming out on top.

The Opposition
Spalding United Women play in the East Midlands Women's Regional Football League Division One South - a regional equivalent of where Belper are (North).
Newly formed last season, they entered Division One of the Cambridgeshire Women's Football League and won it with 53 points, three clear of runners-up Godmanchester Rovers Ladies.
They won 17 of their 20 matches and lost just one, while their defence was 22 goals tighter than anyone else's.
With 29 goals in 18 matches, Constance Ontinah topped the goal scoring charts.

In the FA Cup last season, they defeated Crick Athletic 6-0 and Anstey Nomads 7-2 but found Tier 4 Leafield Athletic too strong in the Third Qualifying Round.
To go with this good run, they achieved promotion as well as winning the League Cup (beating Ely 3-1 in the final) and reaching the final of the Lincolnshire County Cup.
