Nottingham born Curtis arrived at the Raygar Stadium in February 2023, following manager Lee Attenborough, under whom he had played at Loughborough Dynamo and Corby Town.His early career saw him gain a scholarship at Ilkeston FC having previously been part of the Colts team at Burton Albion.
After a loan spell at Grantham he joined Coalville Town before linking up with Lee.
In October 2025 he brought up 100 appearances in the yellow and black.
