Vastly experienced in the highest levels of non-league despite being only 27 years of age, James has continued his footballing journey with a move to Belper Town in June 2023. Prior to joining the Nailers, James had been with former manager Grant Black at Ossett United, whom he joined a dual registration from Scarborough Athletic, where he played a big role in their promotion to the National League North in 2021/22. James was originally a Rotherham United academy player and since then he has played for Harrogate Town, Stalybridge Celtic, Hyde United and Mickleover Sports in his career and will add ability, experience and know-how to the Nailers squad.Squad
